Interflora is synonymous with delivery - if anything I’d have thought it would be free. Also surprised that PayPal isn’t a payment option - I’m very used to one touch payment and the process felt a lot longer than necessary. Looking forward to seeing what the actual flowers are like. At present, I really think the M&S app / website, Bloom & Wild etc do a better job in terms of their technology."

"The message box is not very satisfactory. When you come to pay you see the words are split, not in the way you wrote them. Sometimes the word ‘the’ is split, ‘th’ on one line and the ‘e’ on the following line. The message should appear as written or at least whole words should not be chopped up."
