"Reasonably good value but your website could be a lot better - nicer pics, several photos per arrangement etc. Also I’d include the cost of delivery at the start (ie include it in your bouquet cost) as it’s not like we can opt out like eg M&S or a click & collect place. Interflora is synonymous with delivery - if anything I’d have thought it would be free. Also surprised that PayPal isn’t a payment option - I’m very used to one touch payment and the process felt a lot longer than necessary. Looking forward to seeing what the actual flowers are like. At present, I really think the M&S app / website, Bloom & Wild etc do a better job in terms of their technology."

"The message box is not very satisfactory. When you come to pay you see the words are split, not in the way you wrote them. Sometimes the word ‘the’ is split, ‘th’ on one line and the ‘e’ on the following line. The message should appear as written or at least whole words should not be chopped up."

EG make a spelling correction to a delivery address and then all the other stuff is lost for delivery details messages etc. This experience could be much better, The website is poor to be honest.
