I shouldn't *have* to tell you why I'm ordering flowers - and if you forget to add the billing address, the error message comes up and it deletes all the card information so it has to be re-entered! I had about 5 error messages before I could complete the order - if I hadn't had a gift certificate to redeem I would have abandoned the order completely. Also, why don't you take Paypal? And why cant' I redeem a gift cert on your mobile site? I ordered a Gold card for delivery and kept getting an error message, but it didn't tell me why - the reason was I already had an account and needed to log in, not enter a password (I didn't recall I had an account). Make it easier for your customers and they will buy more stuff from you... it's not difficult!"

The link didn’t show up on one page (from browser) and on another (link from email) there was a link. I was using interflora for the discount and convenience.
