"I was trying to pay for part of the cost by redeeming an interflora gift voucher sent electronically to me but I could not display the voucher details in the email on my android phone, or android tablet, or laptop. I had to send it to another laptop to be able to read it. Then when it came to using it to pay there was no indication of how much would be charged to my credit card after redeeming the voucher in part payment. I will now need to check that the whole cost has not been wrongly charged to my credit card. Interflora needs to improve its electronic voucher payment process as this was frustrating, time consuming, and left uncertain of how much had been charged to me."
