"Interflora failed to deliver my previous order. They notified me at 17.45 on the day of delivery. I was then issued with a £10 voucher, when I complained about the service, the telephone assistant apologised and stated that another £20 would be added to my gift card (which didn't happen). I've attempted to apply the £10 gift card on this order and he screen simply tells me that there are insufficient funds on the card and to select an alternative payment option. Very frustrating."
