"The service itself is excellent, however, the score is based on the user experience for online/mobile orders. You previously had a Mobile App, which is the way the most successful (and less successful) Service providers are now addressing the consumers need for “convenience”. The App is no longer available and instead you are redirecting to a “Mobile-format” website. Unfortunately, this website seems to have performance issues, which causes pages to part-load - and then needing to be reloaded - or take time to do so. I would recommend revisiting the Mobile App Technology concept."
