I used to be able to put a - in the surname, but you stopped that now as well. Very poor.2. Get onto your web team and teach them that a phone number with a space in it is a valid phone number. This is trivial stuff to make work, but is hugely frustrating for customers because Invalid phone number doesn't tell us why its invalid."
