"The website for multiple orders is not great or user friendly. I believe that the quality has lessened over the last year with bouquets looking smaller and not as luxuriant. I have had a delivery problem this year with flowers for my mums birthday arriving early, this was a difficult time as my father had died a couple of days before, due to the early arrival I was unable to change the wording on the card for something more appropriate, the florist did not inform interflora and the florist apology felt disingenuous. I contacted interflora and they sent an apology to my mum and listened to my concerns, so well done to the customer services department. All in all a mixed picture."
