"Infuritating purchase process. I selected to pay £10 for year's delivery and website removed it twice, so I gave up. I did not select any extras but chocolate were added anyway. When I tried to update my address I could not change the incorrect county (Avon has not existed for about a decade!) I could not enter my correct title. Feeling very frustrated. I wanted to do this quickly but everything has been needlessly difficult. I will look for an alternative supplier next time."
