"Too often, when I place an order, I receive a call (from a call centre based in the Philippines, although the flowers are for delivery in the UK) telling me that what I have ordered is not available and offering a substitute instead. Usually, the substitute is not adequate and does not reflect what I had originally ordered. There needs to be a better attempt at fulfilling orders as originally ordered. Also, the difference between the photographs on the website and what is actually delivered can at times be huge, even allowing for differences in regional availability of flowers and seasonality."
