"I just feel that the ordering section on the website is rather dated and a bit restrictive. I wanted to send some flowers to a first night at a venue within The o2 last week but the address facility would not let me add anything other than the drop down list on the postcode and the notes section is on the part after address. It could be a bit cooler and updated as the site feels as though it needs a refresh. I also wanted to be able to ask for no lillies or to add hydrangeas but again the notes are at the end of the process. Other florist websites should maybe be mooched by your team.
