Of course, they didn't reimburse us for the defect material as we didn't stop installation immediately when we noticed the material defect; we tried to work with the defect material. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that almost 1/3 of the boxes were defect on arrival! If you order something from them, make sure to check every box for damages or defects before installation. Their prices are good, but you get what you paid for."
