Customer service is obviously some third world request for pics, videos. Anything to avoid responsibility for damaged goods. Here is the question. Walmart is proud of their Walmart.com presence for which we pay no annual fee. For my part, I lost more than an annual membership fee on one purchase. Am I really all the better for using Walmart.com? I don't think so. Walmart surely makes money on their e-commerce platform. What is their responsibility on customer service?"
