"I bough a monitor from them in Nov 2015, it died 1 month later. No problem, I purchased a 3 year warranty since none comes with their purchase price. I am now into Feb. 2016 and they still will not respond to emails to the sales/support from their site. Their 800 number does not work outside of the U.S. (if it works in the U.S. I don't know). I have sent 5 requests for an RMA and shipping instructions with no reply. The last Yamakasi monitor I bought straight from Korea and it ran 24/7 for over 6 years with no problems. I like Yamakasi bu7t would not recommend these guys as supplier!"
"Called their 800 number, and yes they are a US company selling these korean monitors that are priced at half the name brands! I was really surprised with how much knowledge the customer service person had on the product, knew what kind of panel each monitor had etc. being that your choice for a korean monitor are either these guys (w/ return/warranty policy), or some ebay seller in korea, it's a no brainer."
"Bought a qnix with tempered glass. Arrived within a week but had dark spots on the screen. Bought from this seller because they advertised a no hassle return policy. I've been trying to return this monitor since the 13th of Sept it is now the 25th of Sept and support is giving me the run around because they are trying to pass the buck to UPS. Do yourself a favor and spend another 100 or 200 for a monitor from Asus or dell so you don't have to deal with people who don't stand by what they sell. "
