"I purchased iSkysoft Data Recovery for Mac (V 2.4.0) because my computer recently crashed and I lost a lot of files, including some password (will never store on computer again)...So, when I finally got around to running the "Recovery" program the first time all it came up with was what is already on my HD. I wouldn't call that much of a recovery, would you. So i let it go and a couple of days later I ran each of the options in the order suggested .. My computer crashed while the "recovery" was running and I had my basic "brick" again, which took me and a lot of Apple techs to get up and running. And again I lost the files i had been able to put back together..Some recovery! I would like a refund for a number of obvious reasons, but the first person I spoke with online kind of blu me off. Am at peace now with the loss of so much personal info..but as they say "Buyer Beware" I sure will check out anything before I download it again.
