Apparently there is a confirmation process which involves someone calling you before the order is released (presumably to minimize fraudulent orders). Since I was heading out and wanted to ensure that the order was approved for an install planned for later in the evening, I called the web site phone number. The woman on the phone was hard to understand (very muffled), but otherwise the confirmation went fairly smoothly.

Product was available for a great price, installed with no problems at all. Very pleased.

The Acrobat X Pro install stopped working yesterday, is now asking for a valid code or to run as a trial. The code that was sent when I purchased the license is no longer valid. I have contacted the vendor and am waiting for a response.

Have submitted a PayPal dispute just in case I get no response. Stay tuned..."
