"Purchased a Xerox Phaser 4500n Maintenance kit (part# 108R00600) for $138.40 plus I added the $5.99 rushed processing and $9.50 shipping on the 10th and it shipped out the 11th.
I received it today and the box was a little beat up like other reviewers have stated but everything was untouched and in working order which took me about 10 minutes to install and now my printer is back up and running since replacing the fuser. Since purchasing their price has went up to $255.41 so I have no complaints for what I paid for since it was $100 less than everywhere else. I was a bit uneasy after reading reviews on here, reseller ratings and BBB but my order definitely met and exceeded my expectations.
I did email them on the 11th requesting status of my order since rush processing was typically same day shipping and never received a response so if you wish to communicate with iUnitek, I wouldn't get your hopes up."

Placed a order on 17th and it showed it was in stock. I even called before placing order online just to confirm.. A week later, my order status did not change from "New Order" so I called. They told me that they have this item in stock. 3 days later, the status of my order did not update so I called again. This time they told me they don't have it in stock. So I wanted to cancel, the customer service said she would cancel and send me an email confirmation. 2 days later I still have not receive this confirmation..."
"I live most of the year overseas, returning to the USA several times a year to pig out on food and pick up things I have a hard time finding in the 3rd world. About a month before I return, I start ordering on the internet for things to be delivered to my USA home. Late September I ordered a laptop. Order and credit card approved. I did not specify rush delivery as my return was still a month away. When I arrived home, no laptop (everything else was delivered fine). I called them and was told there was an issue with my credit card and their verification department needed to talk to me. Of course, they were not available when I called and was told they would call me. They never called and after four follow-up calls by me to them, I called and cancelled the order."
"Placed order Oct. 2nd on an item which said "IN STOCK, usually ships in 24 to 48 hours" - however, a full business week later there was no email and no update on my order - nothing had moved. I even emailed on Oct. 4th and asked about the status, for which I received no reply.
When I finally called them today (5 business days later) after calling their "order tracking" line and talking with 3 people someone was able to tell me why my order hasn't moved - the part was on backorder, and they won't have it until next week. I told them to cancel my order.
1) Misrepresenting a product being in stock - one reason I ordered from them, as other stores said out of stock/on backorder.
2) Horrible customer service - no notification of anything on the order status screen, no emails explaining what is going on. No email reply, to my query about my order.
I just wish it hadn't taken me the entire week to call and ask why my order hadn't been processed, but my working hours don't fit with their phone hours (hence trying to email first.)
In the future the misrepresentation alone will cause me to never order with them again. Fool me twice, shame on me!

"Item was not what was expected. Have repeatedly attempted to return item without success. Get left on hold for extended periods of time. When eventually talk to someone they promise to send e-mail explaining return procedure which they do not do."
"I will not be shopping there again! Ordered an LCD for a lot of money, turned out to be an older version than what was advertised. The day I received the package I requested an RMA and pick-up, along with a full refund. Each step would take them weeks to fulfill; I would call in and try to work with them, but in the end they only responded to ultimatums and only complied right up to those ultimatums, one of them coming from my credit card. Took over a month to get refund."
"Product ordered works fine. However, I have issues about their ordering & shipping process. Ordered on May 18th. CC charged on May 19th. Received email confirmation about my order but NO tracking info, so I email sales email address but receive no reply. May 24 I find 1-800 number and call but their system is already shutdown so I give them my work number. They call me at work next day and finally email me a tracking number, but that SAME day I get my product. So much for tracking."
