That it didn't come with the fame. I am so upset. Now I am going to get a discount on the nets, but it will not help if I don't have the frame. Mistakes should be made right by the distributor. I feel I should get the item that was describe on the web site. I also have a very disappointed granddaughter!!!!"
"I ordered through walmart.com. Walmart apparently will not stand behind their 3rd party vendors. They defer all complaints and issues to the 3rd party. Walmart will not allow reviews of the 3rd parties either. I have escalated my issue of receiving a damaged/defective item 3 times with Walmart. IVG stores will not allow refunds without charging... the item was delivered damaged, though.
IVG stores say they are the same company as Shopladder... is that true? Why have an alias? Very fishy..."
"Order was Placed on January 4, 2015. Amazon alerted possible issue on on 1/14. I contacted vendor on 1/14 regarding location of my products. On 1/15 they responded that my order is currently being processed and will ship from our warehouse within 3-6 business days. On 1/20 they called me and stated that my products are unavailable until Feb 27th! This is a full 16 Days after placing my order. this is unacceptable since the order was estimated to ship Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Friday, January 9, 2015
Had we known company was so unreliable we would have purchased elsewhere from a reliable source.

"ivgStores advertise free shipping and no restocking fee but if you want to return something, they tell you that they will deduct the original shipping amount which you had no way of anticipating. They come up with some original shipping amount out of thin air. This is a restocking fee. If you are only charged a fee when you return something, it is a restocking fee. And it is a restocking fee you have no way of anticipating. In my case, it was 30% of the purchase price. I purchased a window film for roughly $30.00, and they deducted about $10 for the supposed cost of the original shipping, which was supposedly free. Complete rip-off, deliberately misleading advertising. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."

"I was amazed. I noticed the store is located in Florida and I'm in California. I had 1 month until Christmas and thought I enter get this ordered. I ordered a Pedestal table on Friday and I immediately got an email that it had been shipped. I thought wow 2 weeks at the most from Florida. I received the order on Saturday from FedEx. Great logistics. It was shipped from California and they made sure it was a Saturday delivery. Thank you so much ivgstores. "

They claim to have shipped me a table that I did not receive, did not order and do not want. They say they will take the table back and refund me minus a shipping and restocking fee. I don't know that it was shipped or restocked. No papers were sent to me regarding the purchase or its shipment. Only a call came to ask where to deliver it. It is obvious that IvgStores has earned its low customer rating. I can't understand how this company managed to get a rating as high as 1.9. They must be stuffing the ballot box themselves. They will deal with my credit card company next, and on from there if there is no satisfaction."
"Terrible. I give any cheap store that charges a 15% restocking fee a one star review. They entice you with free shipping (very slow shipping at that) then charge a stocking fee and shipping cost to return. Never coming back to this store, buyer beware!"
"I ordered a rug earlier this week on their amazon site and it was in stock and I paid for it. A few days later I get an email from them saying that they don't have the item in stock and that they were going to cancel my order. I checked their website and they still had the rug but at a higher price. So they raised the price and canceled my order. It has been so frustrating dealing with them. I spent hours looking for a rug that I wanted and I finally found one and they just cancel my order because they wanted to raise the price instead of honoring the price they initially had when i bought the rug. I would not recommend this site to anyone. "
"I ordered a butler table and a matching mirror from ivgstore web site last month. After receving the table, I found some defect and send my complains to the service mailbox. Next day, I got a call from Kevin of customer service inquiring the product situation and apologize for any inconvenient that has caused and committed to replace another table. I received the replacement following week and the quality is perfect.
Both mirror and butler table delivered with well protected package. I'm very satisfied with the shipment but what really impressed me is their efficient and responsible customer service attitude. Thus, I highly recommend this web site. "
