I put in a dedicated 20amp outlet so I could turn it off from the source. As opposed to unplugging."

"I purchased the JNH 3 person Sauna as an addition to my basement gym and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The delivery was fast and accommodated my busy schedule. The sauna was easy to put together and I am typically not very handy. The sauna is spacious and I love the fact that I can use my MP3 player to listen to music. This was the final touch needed to complete my home gym and I’d definitely recommend this sauna to others.
I called customer service to ask questions and they were really helpful. I was also very impressed by the warranty department who called me shortly after I received the sauna to ensure that I was satisfied and to inform me that my warranty was in place. "This was a great purchase! My husband and I purchased the 2-person Joyous sauna for our home gym and were surprised at the construction quality considering the great deal we got upon purchasing. The sauna was easy to assemble (we are NOT handy people) and there were no issues with ordering or shipping. In fact, JNH Lifestyles has called a few times (to confirm the order and explain how the sauna would be packaged when delivered, and to reach out to us after we received the sauna to offer support and register our item). Customer service is great, and I think a five year warranty indicates they stand behind the quality of their product. "I love this sauna. It was a little harder to put together than I thought, but that is because I was building it in a small space. That said, my 11 year old daughter and i got it together in a few hours.
I've used it regularly and it's perfect. I do love that it takes a short time to get hot and the heat stays contained without making the rest of the room hot.
I was hesitant about trying to fit the sauna in my apartment and the cost, but this is beyond worth the cost. I use the sauna 3-4x a week.
The sauna aside, the customer service is amazing. Not only did the sauna arrive in record time, but when I had questions or needed help, customer service responded right away.

"We purchased a JHN Lifestyles Ensi sauna, and could not be happier. The delivery was fast, and the driver put the boxes in our garage. I unpacked everything, and called our son to help put it together. I held the flashlight, and he had it up and running in an hour and fifteen minutes. It looked so easy, even I could have done it. We have used it every night for the last four days, and it feels great.
We bought all the extras, and are glad we did, but if you wanted to cut something out, you may not need the foot warmer. The two person sauna is plenty big enough for us. I weigh 170 pounds and my wife weighs 130 pounds, but it may be little tight for two large people. You may want to go with the three person sauna.
One more thing, my MP3 player sounds great on their speakers.
