"My wife and I recently bought the one person ENSI one zero EMF sauna. We bought it to have daily detox sessions done at home. We chose ENSI one because it was small enough to fit at the corner of our fitness room without taking up much space and also because it has zero EMF. Zero EMF was important to us because we intend to use it daily and do not want long term EMF radiation to defeat the purpose of detoxification. We got the sauna for a week now and loved it every night. One thing I notice is that my sleep is better and have better dreams. I feel lighter and have more energy during the day. Unlike regular dry heat sauna, ENSI infrared sauna heats up so fast. I usually start my session without warm ups because IR penetrates and heat up your body directly. That saves a lot of time. "I bought a Joyous 2 person sauna in July 2017,I have used it many times since purchase and it really helps the stiffness and aches in my joints and muscles . I also feel very rejuvenated after I use the sauna and my skin looks brighter . The sauna heats up quickly and I enjoy the speakers that you can hook a mp3 or phone up to . The controls are so easy anyone can use them . "Love this sauna! As someone with chronic Lyme disease, even the simplest of day to day activities can be challenging. But now, because of the kindness of my church family, there is a new weapon in the fight against Lyme---the infrared sauna!

Assembly was a breeze. Though the sauna came packaged in 5 boxes, the instructions made assembly a snap. Literally, much of the assembly is simply snap fitted together. That may not sound sturdy, but it is very sturdy.
