"I tried to purchase a Samsung QN75Q9FAMFXZA on Sunday night. I received an email the next day that I needed to verify my purchase, the email claimed it was something they do with all big purchases. I called them to confirm the purchase and after being on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes. I was told that the model I was purchasing was the commercial grade, 8-bit, model. This was not mentioned anywhere on their product webpage. I was giving the option to spend 2k more to purchase the 10-bit model, which is what I thought I was buying in the first place. I refused and cancelled the order. Later that day I saw this webpage was on their site which was previously not there and today it's gone.
