"Bought a Samsumg QN7C 55" Qled $1k cheaper than Best Buy 5 months ago.. Now getting the 65" version from JOES for the same price MLK sale. The shipping takes a while I admit, but from previous experiences with FedEx and UPS shipping busted TV's and the time it takes to return the damaged items, I rather wait longer with JOES white glove shipping making sure your item is not damaged before leaving it with you. "Ordered 85" Samsung #UN85JU7100FXZA in good faith. E-mail generated directing to contact to process order. On hold for over 45 minutes, spoke to Peter, he asked for confirmation code on back of card, only to be informed that I should get upgrade because this TV only capable of 8-bit, not 10-bit color recognition. Declined only to be hung up on. Called back on hold for 1hr. 45minutes. Next attempt on hold for 2hrs. 10 minutes, spoke with George requestiing update on delivery date and lowered price of additional $200.00 off, website still displayed in stock, Told TV's coming out of China and would take 38 business days, 60 days. Questioned why website still indicated in stock and that 60 days was known as back ordered by any reasonable/respectable supplier. Told me would see what he could do and call me back. No return call. On hold again for over 1 hr. Joes AV appeared to offer a deal too good to be true. That is, was, and will always be the TRUTH! 85" Samsung 4K UHD #UN85JU7100FXZA still indicating in stock and ready for delivery. Cancelling Order and will be researching regulatory agency to file complaint concerning false advertising/bait and switch scam. "
