"Don't be fooled by the low prices. I ordered a TV and was immediately sent an email explaining that I needed to call them. After a quick search of other reviews (should have done this before ordering), I knew where this was headed and I wanted to cancel the order asap. I replied to their email asking to cancel and did not get a response. After some time, I bit the bullet and sat on hold for 35 mins. The "customer service rep" was rude and extremely short. Our conversation lasted all of 10 seconds before he hung up on me. He said the order was cancelled. I asked him to send a written confirmation via email and the reply was "sure, right away...click". I have not received any other correspondence from them and have since cancelled the credit card used for the order. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for... Spend the extra money and deal with a reputable company!"

After going online to purchase it I attempted several times to call the 800 number provided via email to confirm my order only to be left on hold for HOURS at a time. I purchased the tv elsewhere, and even though it was more expensive the customer service was well worth it. My experience with Joe's AV has been very disappointing and frustrating to say the least...do better."
