"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Justfly's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I needed assistance, it became clear that this company does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction.
To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue.
When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.
My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges.
The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason.
I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.

"Stay away from this site! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We booked flights with them MONTHS IN ADVANCE back in September of 2023 for a December family reunion. Literally 2-3 days before we were to fly they tell me that the tickets cannot be used as we would miss one flight. According to them, the airline changed times making our connection less than 10min so the tickets could not be used. When asked how this could happen/why I was not called about this, all they kept saying was that airline changes are out of their control. But to not call!? Prior to this, I had received an email letting me know I needed to check my itinerary (which I did using their self service portal, online) and nothing had changed. I also called and no one let me know otherwise. So how is it that 2-3 days prior to our departure they are telling me they now can’t help me and our $7,000+ worth of airline tickets are not usable!?!
They also couldn’t rebook us as there were no more flights (a lie because I later booked through Priceline for the same dates) and told me that my only option was to cancel. So I cancelled these flights AT THEIR SUGGESTION and they tell me that they can’t refund our $7,000+ until 30+ days because it has to go through a review, blah blah blah. EXCUSE ME!? THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CANCEL so what needs to be reviewed!? I even contacted the airline prior to requesting this refund, again at their suggestion, and the Delta representative told me that Justfly knows that the airlines cannot touch these tickets as it is third party. As far as airline refunds, those DO NOT take 30+ days (like Justfly was telling me). The Delta rep also told me these were considered “illegal bookings due to the requirement of 30min between connecting flights.”
When I called Justfly back with this information and requesting to talk to a higher up, not only did they hang up on me twice but the one time they “transferred” me, it looped me back to the same line over and over.
Long story short, we were able to recoup some of our money by filing a dispute with our bank (the price of the tickets because the airline refunded) but Justfly still has not refunded our $2,000+ that they charged in “extra fees” for literally SCAMMING us. Not to add that we PAID for trip protection but at the end of the day it was THEIR fault, not ours.
DO NOT USE THEM!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM FROM JUSTSCAMS!"
"Today I twice tried to book a Nov. 2023 Hong Kong Express flight from BKK to HKG at justfly.com. Both times I filled in all the necessary info and, at the very end, their site noted that the transaction couldn't be processed. I then gave up and booked at the airline site with no problem. Immediately thereafter, I received an email confirmation from justfly and of course my credit card account was charged. I contacted justfly, talked to "Jonathan" via their chat, and jumped through all their hoops, sending them proof of my other booking, etc., asking why would I need two sets of reservations on the same flight for the same people. They refused my request to cancel with no penalty because their site had told me my transaction couldn't go through. They said they "couldn't find" a record of this error message. Well, I couldn't produce a screenshot of the actual message at their site because I hadn't made one, thinking their error message mean what it said. Wrong. So no "valid proof", no refund. Never mind that what I did made complete sense and had no use for two sets of reservations for the same people. And I had actually paid more at the airline site, but I certainly trust them a lot more than justfly. I am going to try disputing the charge with my credit card company, but here's a warning: these people are not reasonable and don't care if it's their fault or not. I believe they are NOT going to refund you, no matter what."

Frontier didn't have a flight for my son and I until the next day and it went to PHOENIX Arizona! Almost back to San Francisco (where we left!) To go all the way to Cleveland!
This angel got us a room at the renasance and a Uber to the motel and even helped me with the the deposit
I'm a single mother going to visit my 90 year old sick grandmother and didn't have the money or the time for their games!
And it was a nightmare both ways! I'm completely broke and by the end of my experiences with Frontier it had costed me triple what I initionally costed me.
I had a rescheduled flight that went to Atlanta to Detroit connecting flight to San Francisco
And originally I had a straight flight to San Francisco from Cleveland
Us and many others were still in the tsa line! Cleveland was so packed that even at 3 hours earlier (which made no sense bc I couldn't check my bag till 2 hours) we didn't make it through the tsa line and we were stuck with a screaming child infront of us for the connecting flight Atlanta to Detroit to San Fran it was like 8 hours of screaming!!!!! It was tormenting
I don't know if it's ears were hurting or if she was hungry but there was no consoling her!!!! But then to try and drag my broken bag through the airport bc of how badly it was damaged!!!! I got the big bag with wheels bc It's easy to carry the weight! You would think if it costs 158 to ship it one way they would atleast take care of your bag till ita returned to you

And when I buy round trip tickets and the airlines does something like change my Gate I never should have to pay a penny! Let alone have to consider getting a room and have unexpected costs! It's wrong and Frontier is horrible and I see they are already in trouble for charging people for over head bags when they are carry on by making the test box to small so they can charge people extra

Just after a week of purchasing my tickets and with over 2 months to the flights, I needed to change the return portion of the flight, the airline would not do it since the tickets were purchased through these scammers, so spent hours trying to contact them via phone, it was impossible, the only way they would speak to you is through their chat, they refused to make the change for me unless I agree to pay them $1,000.00 in change fees ($400.00 charged by them and supposedly $600.00 charged by the airline) which it was a total LIE, since the airline told me that they would gladly change the return date and they do NOT charge any fee for this service. Please by all means never, ever use this outfit JustFly.com, it is Just a Rip Off and should be put out of business for the level of deceit and incompetence, ignoring the needs of a customer is as low as you can possibly get when doing business with the general public. "I used justfly.com to book a round trip flight for next December 2023 on Qatar Airways. Then I called Qatar Airways to reserve seats for these flights (Qatar charged $97.98 for the seat reservations with my concurrence). Justfly.com then charged me an additional $440 to reassign the seats but it turns out they were passing along additional unauthorized charges from Qatar Airways. These charges were in addition to the ticket price charged online. It is difficult to get hold of justfly.com's customer service (wait times typically an hour), but they did finally call me back to explain what had happened and that it is Qatar Airways that is ripping us off. They also offered a partial refund (We are still out $360 in unauthorized and never stated excess charges from Qatar Airways). The above rating was changed accordingly."

"After purchasing my tickets to Cancun Mexico and purchasing the added cancellation protection, we were unable to go on the trip. My granddaughter needed a passport and I applied for the passport 6 months before the trip as well as paying $60.00 to expedite the passport. After 10 phones, overnighting additional information that needed and being promised the passport on time, I still did not receive my passport and the trip had to be cancelled. This was not acceptable to JUSTFLY.com and I lost over $1200. The airlines received my money, justfly.com received my money, and the seats were empty - yet I was not refunded the money. They even charged me an additional $150 cancellation fee for not cancelling within the 24 hour period. After talking with customer service and requesting a call back from supervision, I was granted a refund on the cancellation fee and the payment for the protection, but not the amount for the flights. I am SUPPOSE to get my refund of close to $300 within 10 days - we shall see. Tell all of your friends, family, and neighbors, that JUSTFLY.COM is a racket not worthy of your time. "
"My flight was cancelled abruptly after sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours. The airline offered refunds of ALL tickets including non refundable ones purchased from 3rd party agencies like Justfly . After over 7 hours of frustrating calls to Justfly which will not transfer you to a manger but has all its customer service handled by very incompetent call centers - many of whom didn't speak very good English - they still refused to rebook me on a similar flight or refund my money. I ended up having to purchase a completely new ticket from another agency at twice the cost. Never again, They are crooks. "
"This website is a scam and never book through this. Instead book directly through the airlines after checking the fare through Google. I am completely frustrated and I don't know what to do.

I had booked British airways flights for my roundtrip between Vancouver and Bangalore via London for December 25th 2020 to February 2nd 2021. The booking was done through justfly.com. During booking, neither of the websites showed any travel restrictions. However, later I came to know that as part of the air bubble, there are travel restrictions to India from UK and vice versa which restrict me from traveling on these flights. I was forced to cancel the flights. They issued travel credits for CAD 1043 which was set to expire in 2022. In a few days, those flights got cancelled by British Airways due to the new covid variant. Justfly charged me a handling fee of CAD 200 on my credit card. After a lot of fighting and after quoting their own rules on the website, they reduced it to CAD 75, and later refunded CAD 35 more. Their only restriction at that time was to rebook through BA, and to pay only the price difference.
Since then, I had been battling with them to either get refund or a new booking done. For close to 2 years, there were no British airways flights to India. They extended the validity of credits to April 2023 and then to September 2023. Meanwhile, my nationality changed and now I cannot travel to India. I was planning for a UK trip as I did not want to waste the money. When I called them to book tickets, they said that I cannot book to a different destination. When I sent an email, another agent said that the previous one was a miscommunication. I just need to pay only the price difference, a few bucks, say, around CAD 50. Then she says that I need to book a new ticket by paying the full amount, then they will request BA to issue the refund for the old ticket! She gave me 100% assurance about that. After an hour, she noticed that the ticket price increased by more than 200. Then she also brings up an extra 75 dollars handling fee. I said I could go for an alternate date with lower price. Even then, the price given by justfly was higher than the original price shown in BA website. Still I thought it's okay. Then she stopped replying to emails.
Now when I called again, another agent says what she said is not true, there is no surety that I will get refund even if I booked a new one! Then he says that the price communicated in the email was also wrong. I cannot book Economy Basic. I can only book Economy Standard! So I need to pay 200 CAD more + 75 CAD handling fee. Okay then what?
Made me hang up for half an hour more. Came back to say that now since the destination is different, I should pay CAD 579 more to accommodate for tax difference So, to book a ticket worth 1090 dollars, I have to pay 600 dollars in addition to my travel credits worth 1043 dollars! Still they say, they charge me only the price difference!
Justfly.com is an absolute scam. British Airways also contribute to this scam by having biased policies towards those who book through these travel agents. Inconvenience which lasted for more than 3 years, waste of productive time, and financial loss. This is a lesson for lifetime. Never book through any travel agent, especially justfly. I really want to sue these frauds, both Justfly and BA, but I am afraid I don't have more time and money to waste."

I booked a ticket and on the confirmation page they gave an interface to select the seats and i did it and surprisingly there is charge of 400$. i called within few hours of booking to cancel this and never know about it. They couldn't cancel it, their customer care says read our 100 page terms & condition we would have mentioned there. can't they just put a message saying there are charges for seat selection. Most of the flights give that option for free.
They are trapping customers. I cancelled my whole ticket with a penalty even within 10 hours of booking. It's always better to be away from such agents."
"If I could I give justfly.com 0 star. The are scam. Real scam. I booked a ticket by them for $50 cheaper, however without letting me know they charged me extra of $218 for no service. The price ended up being $168 more expensive than the airline. When I contacted them they were very rude, not responsive and they keep you waiting for the right response. They are scam and no customer service. Do not buy anything even $1 from them. It will end up much more at the end with this company."
