"When reserving my flight I chose NO for the trip insurance option because my credit card offers trip insurance. JustFly's website did not change the option when I chose it and still charged me for the trip insurance. I called immediately and spoke with someone who was trying to be helpful but the management told her to tell me that trip insurance is non-refundable and that I was not getting a refund for it. The customer service rep did try twice to rectify the situation but was told by her boss that they couldn't give a refund even though it was a glitch with the website. Never heard of trip insurance being something that is non-refundable less than 24hrs. (in this case less than 5 minutes) after purchasing it. Terrible policy and terrible customer service. Will never use this company again."
