"JustFly.com is a SCAM. I booked a flight two months in advance through this website. Two weeks before my departure JustFly.com sent me an email asking if I wanted to add insurance to my upcoming flight. Fast forward to the day before my flight, I attempted to check in online, when I was unable to I called JustFly.com. The representative informed me that the airline cancelled this flight the day after I booked it (two months ago). I asked why I was not notified of this to which the representative claimed that they sent me an email about it. She also claimed that JustFly.com never sent me an email asking if I wanted to get insurance on my flight. I still needed a flight home the following day for my sister’s baby shower, however the cost of the ticket was now $400. JustFly.com refused to compensate me at all for their mistake. This organization has horrendous customer service and have scammed other people."
