"Zion was the supervisor that I spoke with after having an unpleasant experience with another representative of Just Fly. I fly 2-3 times a year I always book a round trip ticket for my self across state and 2-3 one way tickets for my daughter at the same time. My daughter visits family in my home town in Oregon . Due to military service my husband , daughter , & myself live in Kentucky. My family in Oregon fly’s here to pick her up , and I fly there to bring her back home . It’s been our arrangement for 5 years.
When I purchased my round trip ticket and went to book her one way I found that the flight was sold out . Within 5 minutes I called Just fly to cancel my ticket so I could rebook 2 tickets with the same flight plan given that my daughter is only 5.
I was told I had to pay a fee of 75 dollars non negotiable. Even though I just wanted to rebook my flight to match my daughters . After that I asked to talk to a supervisor and was almost in tears . The representative told me okay you can speak to my supervisor but he will tell you the same thing .
Mr. Zion was the incredible supervisor I had the grace of god to speak with . Not only was he understanding, caring , supportive , and saved my family’s Christmas. He was able to find me the same flight I had already purchased and an additional one way for my daughter to fly home with me . Without charging me fees for cancellations. Since he was able to find me another ticket for my daughter on a flight I already booked . It is because of Mr. Zion I was continue to use Justfly.com for all my future flights .
