"You definitely get what you pay for using this low-cost agency. The prices at booking are usually cheaper than elsewhere, but beware the fine print. Promises “$0 change fees” while booking but it’s not the case. Unless you purchase the outrageously expensive “travel insurance,” which probably does nothing either. This website will try to upsell and oversell you on everything as you try to book a simple flight. Changing my flight, which was promised at a zero fee was not honored and I had to book a new one-way flight home when my travel plans changed- and instead of a refund I received a travel credit to use again on justfly. In addition, the refund amount changed twice through a stream of emails, with each “credit” amount being half what the previous email stated. I highly doubt I actually have any credit at all with this company. It would have been a lot easier to simply change the flight, and delta could not do anything for me since JustFly “owned” this booking- this, I would have had to pay a $50 fee to Delta just for the airline to take “ownership” of my ticket with “no guarantee of a change” even if I paid that change fee. Overall, not ideal and just another example of always, always reading the fine print and disclaimers when booking. "

"Hi. I bought a ticket from Belgrade to Boston via justfly. com. They have cancelled my returning flight whichbis on september the 1st, and when Itried to rechange the date, they wont do that unless I pay some extra fees. I talked to my lawyer who told me that if the airline cancellled the flight, its due to rechange it withou any extra fees. So I am wondering how is that possible and what to do now??????? By the way, the same flight has been cancelled twice!
