"I just booked a round trip flight for my older sister from Buffalo, NY to Cancun. The flight I selected had both outbound and inbound segments going through Dulles Airport with a one and a two hour layover. When the confirmation came back after I paid, the return segment had been changed to going through Newark, NJ with a 14-hour layover! I immediately tried to contact JustFly but you cannot reach a human being and the only option was to cancel the trip and pay a $75 (penalty) processing fee within 24 hours. I did not receive the booking I selected and this is just wrong. Very upsetting. I went on the site to try to change the return ticket to the one I had selected and (by the way, the price is the same for both flight options!) and it said it is processing and I will receive an email but should expect delays because of COVID 19 causing heightened. I then requested an online change to the ticket to make it the return through Dulles. It looks like it is processing and there is not supposed to be a charge! I think they are fixing it without any additional charge! Yeah! Thank you Just Fly, if this is true! "
