"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are 110% fraudulent. I had the same issue about never receiving a tracking number from these people. I have a claim with Paypal and I'm not sure yet if I'll be seeing my money ever again. Just don't do it. "

"I order a Sony HDR-SR12 online for a great price. Too good to be true. They sent me an e-mail saying they received payment and that it would ship out tomorrow and that it would take 2-5 days to received the item. I sent them an e-mail the next day asking for a tracking number, no response. I checked my order online it said it had been shipped out. I noticed that there paypal payment address had changed. I sent an e-mail to both the customer server e-mail and both paypal addresses asking for the tracking number no response. I logged into there website the next day, now my order has been canceld. e-mailed again no response and no refund. I tried to log into there website again, now my login account has been deleted.Also there paypal address changed again. I e-mail again no response. I have open a dispute with my creditcard company, but have not got it resolved yet.Customer service was great, but now that they have my money , I have not received the product or a refund. "
