Sure enough, the packet said this was what it was but the plug inside the packet had a sticker (hidden by the packaging) stating that it was only 400MA. I wrote back to the store not expecting much joy with such a low-price item but a courteous email came back immediately and the very next day a replacement arrived. I was told to keep the plug I had. There was no quibble at all. I would strongly recommend this store. "
