Efficient and thorough Parts Department.

"I was told over the phone that my order did not match my VIN, the Parts Department checks every order against the VIN to help prevent mis-ordered parts. I told the Parts Department that I knew the part did not match my VIN, but I knew it was compatible for my Scion TC year. I was incorrectly told that my requested parts would be re-ordered, I decided to try another avenue of communication and found out my ordered parts were waiting for pick up for the past 2 days. The real reason for the rating was the pick up experience, my parts numbers were confirmed, I was told they do not match the VIN, and a special warning was given about the return specifics of the parts. the member of the Parts Department that saw me that day was courteous and thorough."

Customer service not Keyes Toyota Strength

"Ordered a part in person, When I asked if the online price could be honor, the answer was yes, but I had to order it online. Other Toyota dealers honor the online price without having to order it online. You mentioned the online price, part person looks it up and gives you that price. Not Keyes Toyota, they want you to go onto the online site, order it, and wait for the transaction to go through. Just seems in a time when efficiency and practically are the buzz words business promote and seek for, that Keyes Toyota made a 5 minute transaction into a 60 minute one. One and done with Keyes Toyota."
