"This is the second kitchenaide built in microwave we have owned. The first one lasted ten years. This one began to have paint peel from ceiling after three years. I called and was told they didn’t know if that was a safety issue or not. I wrote and received a canned response. I am so disappointed with their lack of information I am just going to replace the product but NOT with another Kitchenaide microwave. "
"Kitchenaid has the worst customer service ever! I spent an absolute fortune with them and not only did they refuse to honour the warranty or even look at the faulty product, but they wouldnt even tell me where or if it could be repaired !! Overpriced and terrible service ! BEWARE !!"
"When someone finds a great company it needs to be noted. It’s easy to write about the bad, here is the good. They have the best warranty and customer service I have ever experienced, although Waterpik is close. When you buy something with a two year warranty it IS warranted for two years. If it goes bad, and they replace it with a new one, the new one also has a full two year full warranty. It’s not like the normal rip-off company keeps supplying you with a junk product for two years knowing they can tell you to get lost after the first warranty period. What a great company KitchenAid is. I could leave a list of rip-off companies; it would name most of the big ones and unfortunately would tie up the internet for hours."
