"I purchased 25 meters Lavinia Berry F0116 01 from Kurtinz.com and are completely happy with the service I recieved, after I placed the order I was a little unsure if I ordered the right pattern so I contacted them and was advised that I could change my order if I wanted to, however after speaking to them I realised what I ordered would work with my colour schemes of the rooms. My material arrived in no time and I am more than happy with it. I would highly recommend the company to anybody as there attitude and customer service was second to none. "

"I ordered made to measure curtains online from Kurtinz.com and am really pleased with the finish product. The curtains were as well made as other made to measure curtains I've recently bought in my local high street. I found the website easy to use and communication with customer services was excellent. "This company are very quick to help initially and take your money but following their mistake (I'm still without my curtains 3 months later) they will not refund. Completely unreasonable to deal with and they rely on there being little consumer protection where made to measure goods are concerned.
My advice is to steer clear.

"You should not trust this fabric reseller. I have ordered 18 meters of dotty rose fabric from them to make 2 pairs of curtains for a bedroom. The last panel is flawed so we cannot make the curtains. Kurtinz doesn't want to reimburse anything or to send me a new panel to replace the faulty one. It means 300 euros in their pocket and no curtains for me. How do you call this?
And in contrary to their response below, we have contacted them as soon as we have received the fabric and opened the pack. Nothing had been cut out and they refused to reimburse anything, even if we were asking them to replace only the last panel. If this goes on, i'll end up publishing their emails on this website. The case is also in the hands of a lawyer working for consumer rights.
