"I have used this company before. Trying to reorder a previous label is almost impossible because they don't put an image up of your orders.So a guessing game begins or sometimes I just start from scratch. Where there is supposed to be an image of what you ordered, if you click on the icon it just takes you to the ordering page. No image, it just reroutes you to the main screen. This does not help at all. This last order took almost a month from start to finish. And when my order arrived, it came in a USPS envelope that was completely beat up and the labels were just shoved in it. When using them in the past, my labels were still very difficult to reorder but the whole process took half the time and arrived in a box with care.
Since this is a review, I want to point out that ordering at all is very tricky if you have a custom size. They need a new website that is more user friendly."
