"This is such a great store with everything you need that is cool, weird, and wacky. It also has everything you needed, but just didn't know you needed it yet. The service is also great. I had a shipment with a defective product, and they shipped out a replacement right away."

"Ordered March 8 through www.sciplus.com (same company, sister site for the "weird stuff"), paid for expedited shipping (processed within one business day according to web). Order finally shipped March 16 USPS Priority Mail, arrived March 17. "Expedited" shipping cost as much as the actual products I ordered, with no obvious "expediting", the order sat around for a whole week, but from the look of the box when it arrived, it at least provided a few days entertainment for the guys on the loading dock, who must have played a few soccer matches with it.

Update: I was contacted by email within 24 hours of my complaint, received an apology for the delay, and was offered a full refund. I still think their order fulfillment was a bit screwed up, but am willing to give this company another chance. "
