"I would like to say how impressed this company is. I ordered a stunning electric blue prom dress from them on the 4 4.20. The dress was delivered about 10 days later, which was very quick, bearing in mind where it was being despatched from. The attention to detail is brilliant. The whole bodice is covered in blue sequins strategically placed. This is replicated on the layers of chiffon on the skirt. The hem is expertly finished off. Overall the dress is out of this world. I would highly recommend Landybridal. ****"
"Ordered a custom wedding dress with a zipper, a gorgeous lace mermaid gown. The dress I got was a haggard mess, applique not fully sewn, elastic around the shoulders, a corset back, a misshapen lumpy fit, and the worst material I have ever felt against my flesh. It was nothing like the dress I paid for. I had a friend who works in the wedding dress business come and see if I was just being crazy and she was floored by how terrible it was. I tried to return, and I paid for the return to China (not cheap) and they still refused to reimburse. Opened a fraud claim with Bank of America and then had to buy a new dress with the help of my friend. Bank of America went after my friend's company instead of Landy Bridal and never told me about it. Later when I finally got some mail, I went to the bank and was told it was too late. They went after the wrong company and I got just under half my money back due to the bank's mistake - which they blamed on me. Bank also told me it was too late to open a new claim against Landy Bridal. So Landy got ALL my money despite being an enormous scam, and then they started harassing me via email to buy more and let them send me the fixed dress. Which was odd because they insisted there was nothing wrong with the dress! I had to threaten legal action of they sent any item to my address before they left me alone. I also closed my account with Bank of America immediately and the manager was a huge **** about that, as well. Moral of the story: Don't use Landy Bridal and make sure you really trust your bank."

"I first contacted Landy Bridal in July 2015 and began the process of designing a wedding dress with the excellent assistance of Emily. Emily was amazing; she responded promptly, patiently, and really understood what I was trying to communicate. This is quite amazing given that we communicated totally by email and that I believe Emily's first language is not English. She helped me piece together my dress using images and offered me reassurance on the details I was worried about. Finally I was ready to order and made my payment, which was extremely reasonable for a customised, made to order dress. Half way through the dress making process it dawned on me that the sequins I had chosen were incorrect. I freaked out and immediately contacted Emily. Emily did what she could to help me and sent me a picture of two different ways they could add beads/sequins to the lace on my dress. This was so helpful and I decided to choose a different design, recommended by Landy Bridal's designer. The dress was finished (very quickly) and shipped to me. I had a parcel in my hands within two working days! It was amazing. I was sooooo nervous opening the parcel as I had no idea how good the dress would be. I was in fact quite surprised to find that the dress was excellent. Not only was it a beautiful design but it was well made and of good quality; the lace and beading were lovely. On par with what I would find in a bridal shop at home. I had chosen a lace-up back so that if my body size changed before the wedding I could just tighten it and not need to alter the dress. The dress fit perfectly in length and size and I do believe it looked lovely on me. My mother made some very minor touch-ups to the bustle, a couple of loose beads and train (she attached the upper lace to the satin lining) but that was all that was needed. I have waited until now to leave my review as I wanted to actually wear the dress for my wedding first! Now that I have worn it I can confidently say the whole process was perfect. The dress held up throughout the day, was comfortable enough and looked lovely on me. Part of me wishes I could have another wedding so I could get another beautiful dress made by Landy Bridal! "My wedding dress arrived today, which I purchased from Landy Bridal. It is beautiful and the quality is very good. Over all I am very please with my dress. The finish for the lining of the bodice and undeskirt is very good. The underskirt is heavy satin with two layers of different lace overlaid. I opted for a custom size dress to my measurements. The measurements are almost right, but the area around the hips is a bit big and the bust area. However, it's better that this is a bit loose than too tight and I can ask a seamstress to alter this for me. Overall, I am very please with my purchase and the service that Landy Bridal offers. Ella was quick with communication about the status of my order and very professional. One point to note, is that my dress did take longer than that stated 20-25 days. It took nearly double that. Thanks to other reviews warning me that it does take longer than the stated time, I made sure to order my dress well in advance. As long as you're aware that it will take longer, all will be well.
