"AVOID BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
They sent me a fake battery that did not work posing that they are a UK company ie within the EU but I also ended up paying taxes because they ship their fake batteries from China and not within the EU.
When I complained and wrote a negative review they offered to pay half the tax I paid if I remove the review! Nothing about replacing the fake battery that did not work. After alot of emails back and forth of them trying to trick me into removing my review but doing nothing to correct their ways, they promised to send me a new working battery - what I basically paid for.
I was send a fake tracking number and have been waiting for over 2 months getting misleading and fake email replies that aimed at me removing the negative review and rating.
Its is our responsibility to protect and alert others of such sites and people that give eCommerce a bad name! Please be careful and let others know."

"I bought 2 laptop lithium ion batteries advertised as brand new. The batteries that arrived after two weeks shipping from Hong Kong but were used and had the manufacture date scratched off with a cheap sticker covering this up. Very disappointed in their service for doing this. Won't be buying from them again. Lodged a dispute with paypal and now need to fight for a refund and find some more batteries.
Not impressed with the blatant dishonesty."

"STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!!!

I am extremely unhappy with this company because they don't take their responsibilities and they offer a cheap service. You have to fight your way to be heard, trusted and maybe, if you are lucky, provided with the proper service.

Two orders with that company and two big mistakes:
In 2013 I asked for their advice about the kind of battery I needed. I trusted them and then received a battery that wouldn't fit my computer. I could not return them since I had agreed on the product thinking they were professionals

In 2015 I decided to let it go and put that mistake aside. Once again, I ordered a battery paying extremely attention to the reference number. This time I get the right battery but the wrong Miliamp Hours. After exchanging mails like for one month because they wouldn't believe me they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to get the product returned in Asia... the shipping fees my own cost!!! I can't believe how cheap they act and how irresponsible they are!!! I could pay the shipping fees but it's a question of principles.

You better have no probem with this company because that's the kind of service you will get if you order with them AND your order results being wrong.

I usually don't write reviews but I really feel angry and above all I mostly feel wronged. They seem not to care about their web reputation and writing that review I hope other people won't be making the same mistake.
