"Found the fan I needed on this website http://www.laptopcpufan.net/ so I ordered it waiting for the shipping instructions to find out when the item would ship, where it would ship from and when it would arrive. This never happened and then I find out the company is in Hong Kong. Very deceitful, I contacted the company to cancel the order 10 minutes after ordering it and got an email the next day that stated that I could not cancel because the item has shipped which was an outrageous lie. They even stated that the item would arrive in 5 days. Another obvious lie. Totally dishonest... "
"I ordered a CPU Fan for my Laptop on June 24, 2013 and as of July 11, 2013 it still has not been received. Had I known the part was being shipped from China I would have never placed an order with them. In addition Amazon has the same part at about half the price. "
"I've ordered a fan there at 04/30/2011. They only replied back after payment 3 days after via e-mail.
They sent it 1 day after. So I've waited in total 5 days before they shipped it (05/05/2011), and had to sent several e-mails asking if they shipped or not.
I've received the item on 27/05/2011. It was a totally wrong fan and it didn't work at all.
So I contacted them. They've said send it back and we will issue full refund.
I've sent it on 31/05/2011.
The item should be with them on 13/06/2011. (according to tracking stats).
I tried numerous times e-mailing them, but they are not answering (for about a month I've tried contacting them).
So, I've opened a claim in paypal but they also refused to do a charge, because the transaction was more than 45 days ago.
So I spent 46$ (+ 5$ for sending it back) and a lot of time and effort and received NOTHING.
Be aware and DON'T USE THIS STORE.
These guys either are rippers or just doing it wrong."

"The items are shipped from Hong Kong, which does take a while and may apparently exceed the 8-15 business days claimed. Nonetheless, I received what I ordered for a cheaper price than from other websites, which isn't a bad deal if you aren't in a rush."

Buyer Beware. This company is located in Hong Kong, no where on there website does it say this, I even did a who-is on the domain and it said that they were located in Provo, Utah, the place is Utah is a privacy block so who knows were they are really located. I ordered a Laptop CPU fan from them and payed a extra $22 for 3-7 day shipping. It took them 4 days before they even shipped it out. It has been 15 days and I still have not received what I ordered. I have emailed them numerous times, they wouldn't even give me a tracking number, until after its been 7 days. And thats when I found out they were located in Hong Kong. I will update this if I ever get what I ordered. I payed for this via PayPal and have opened a complaint ticket. I will keep you posted of what happens. Update, it has taken them 21 days for shipping, they said they would refund me for shipping but they still haven't. And there website says they have a 7 day return policy, and that I need a RMA number to return the item. I have ask for a RMA number but they have failed to give me one. I would say that this company does not do what they say nor do ya get what you pay for and very misleading. "
