"I purchased a VAIO cdrom so that I could load all of the proper applications before I went out of town. I ordered the CDROM for overnight delivery on 12/23/02. I actually spoke with a live customer service representative after completing the online order form. He verified that the cdrom would be delivered by the 26th at the absolute latest. Now here I am on the 26th with no CDROM. I called customer service and told them of the situation. They said that they needed approval on shipping. They also said that they contacted me in regards to this matter. I have no record of an attempt to contact me. Basically my out of town departure has to be delayed all because of FALSE PROMISES!!!!! He also stated that there Customer Service does not have phones. What kind of customer service is that???"
