"These company sucks. They send the wrong product. It took a month to get a response from them, where they had the nerve to ask what it was I ordered and if I could send them a picture of the item.
I've shopped at Walmart, and this place makes Walmart customer service look like Nordstroms customer service.

"Do not buy anything from this company. They have inferior products (probably "recycled") and their customer service is terrible. I am still waiting for my dispute, filed with VISA, to be resolved. The price was great, but the product was NOT brand new. I have been trying, since January to get an RMA (authorization) to return the product."

I ordered a keyboard and it was shipped out the next day but I waited and waited only to find out they had sent it to a city and state 2000 miles form my home. When I begged for a tracking number they never sent me one and still refuse to provide one. they did send me an email saying it was in Minnesota not Missouri. and after three weeks told me I could "Reorder" and they would send it out asap. But still not credit my account until they receive the first one back at the warehouse. "
