"WOW.. I have never wasted my precious time to make an online complaint before, but I have never been treated so disrespectful before. I spent over $500.00 of my hard earned money on a spotlight that I liked, after a couple years had to order a $300.00 battery, no big deal, a while later had to order a ballast which had a different connection than my light, no big deal, until I contacted there so called customer service and tried to explain the situation. The rudest rep I have ever encountered cut me off and said to email the problem and in the middle of my next word hung up on me. I called back and asked him not to hang up on me that I just had a simple question and then was treated like an 8 year old child to put it mildly. Before I could ask if I should send the light back to have them install the ballast or swap the ballast out the psycho rep hung up on me again. So I am going to throw my $1000.00 spot light in the trash before I deal with a "person" like that again. After reading all of these negative reviews on that one customer rep how does he still have a job?"
