"I ordered a 50MW 5 in 1 Laserpen from these Guys...altho it took 3 weeks to arrive at my door, the laserpen didnt work what so ever, somthing to do with the button i assume, i EVEN brought new batteries for it...no effect.

After Many attempts to contact them ive had NO RESPONSE in any way yet they have all my information.

"Made an order on 12/11/2011 and my VISA was charged on 12/14/2011. Order never showed up. After several EMail Attempts I had a response my order was shipped on 12/25/2011.
It still has not showed up. After several more EMail attempts I still have not got a response for a tracking status. Seems like these folks are not for real."

"I seem to have the same story as everyone else here. I ordered Dec 13, 2011 expecting to just barely make it by Christmas and haven't received any kind of response yet either, despite numerous attempts. I checked for reviews on some laser pointer enthusiast forums and they were getting ok reviews so I thought I was safe. Wish I had found this review site first! I agree with others...stay away and buy from a US company (if you can find one).

UPDATE:
I finally got a response from them by filling out the contact form on the website. They apologized for the delay and attributed it to time off for the holidays and shipping delays at the post office. It is shipping from Hong Kong, and I think that is where the compony is located. They told me it had shipped, but did not give an exact date. The website still shows my order to be "processing". Will update once I receive the item.

"Don't use! I don't know if you will ever see your product. I ordered a Xmas present for someone on Dec. 13th, and have received no info on the order at all. Their website say's "processing" and that is it. There is no phone number, and they don't answer inquiries.

"Update. I just received my laser on jan 16 , one month and 2 days after I ordered it. It was the correct order. I never had any additional communication from them after they sent the tracking number. Apparently once the people's republic of china accepts the package they have no assurances of shipping. I finally got an email notice from USPS the day after it arrived. Go figure !"

"I ordered from lasersman.com. I thought the site was legit because it was sponsored by google.com. I ordered about 9 days ago, but still no packages came. I certainly hope it's not a scam, but it really looks like it is. I will message back and tell if they come or not. "

"Hello first time post. bought two laser pointers from lasersman both had to be picked up at post office. and took a long time to come around a month. was not happy with there serves. still trying to get things straitened out from November 23. they sent me the wrong laser. a 20mw not the 100mw that i ordered. web sight is full of conflicting info. pictures close up show different power then they clam. i would not spend to much. the prices are very low but use caution with this sight. i don't think i will order from them again. i cant tell if they are a scam or just having trouble with English. thanks john"

"I ordered on November 29 - Website doesn't show it was ever shipped. But received an email saying it was shipped on Dec 7.
Have not received it. Was told to wait 7-14 days to receive. Has been over 14 days and email seems to be a auto reply. Then I finally received one telling me to check with USPS. I have no tracking # or any info regarding package. There is no way they can check."

"Update ordered my Laser on Dec 6 and I did just receive it on Dec 29. The quility of the Laser was much better then I expected. I had the same issues with not returning my emails and thought I got ripped off. My guess is they make them after you order them and then it has to go through customs. It is a China based company. Laser was bought as a gift and now I will be ordering another one for myself because I'm so impressed with it. Only thing I can say is be patient. In fine print it does say your order may take up to 50 days before you get it. I did pay for the tracking # and never got a email on that but it did show up at my door, Thank God."

"I ordered a laser pointer on December 4th. Today is the 28th of December.They claim to be in California, But I believe they are in China.
I have not received anything yet.They do not have a phone number,just email.They provide a fax number that dose not work.I emailed multiple times asking for a tracking number . The answer was, you have to wait up to 15 business days. I am going to have my credit card company reverse payment.If anyone else has been scammed I would suggest not buying from them and get your money back."
