While the free shipping and moderately priced bulbs are attractive, if you should encounter a defective bulb they will offer you what they call a "half refund" The bulbs are of mixed quality. The large bulb SKU 05020626 worked fine for the first 2 weeks and then it suddenly died. I have a feeling that it was due to poor soldering of internal circuits as it would occasionally flicker on when left alone. The assembly is set in the same direction as the socket- in other words, when you unscrew the bulb, there is a chance that the housing assembly can come undone and get stuck in the socket. The divots they use to secure the socket connector are shallow at best, and if you ever need to remove the bulb, there is a chance that it will become undone as well.

So when I contacted them about these issues, they said they would offer me a "half-refund". When I inquired about that, they said because I have used it for 1 month (it was actually less than a month) that that was all they were willing to offer. They said if it was immediately defective, they would have offered a full refund. Otherwise in order to get a full refund, you would need to ship back to the seller (which is expensive and would negate the savings of free shipping).

In summary, while the price and free shipping looks good, there is no warranty and an expensive return service. After going back and forth with customer service for a couple of days, I will not buy here again."
