"Purchased a pair of eyeglasses. Prescription stated 1.74 high index. I sent 2 messages and an email to them BEFORE the glasses were made requesting 1.74 high index lenses. Glasses arrived with incorrect index/not as requested. Several weeks of repetitive emails went back and forth until they offered a SLIGHT, MINOR discount for them to correct their mistake. Several weeks of repetitive email went back and forth again, giving them permission to charge the credit card on file to remake their mistake. Have not yet received the glasses. Waiting before I dispute all credit charges with them. They appear to use a 3rd party customer service company that takes no responsibility for the company's actions."
