"I called and asked about a product they sell on their website and after being put on hold I was told, "Sorry we can't help you and hung up"! Very strange. I don't recall purchasing anything from them and cannot suggest that others purchase anything as a result."

"Music studio was picking up interference (from what turned out to be multiple sources), so I gave this company a call. One of their reps actually had me explain the entire wiring set up of my studio, that took a while. But he set me up with conduit, raw material, and a meter. He walked me through multiple possibilities so I had an idea of what I was looking for. Then I got real confused on the meter, so I called again. Another rep actually walked me through how to use the meter! It took like 35 minutes, and this guy seemed to be having a great time with me. Amazon has never done anything like that for me! I was then able to identify the sources of interference AND PROTECT MY EQUIPMENT FROM THEM!!! I had an engineer come to the studio, charge me $6,000, and he didn't even fix the problem! I got the solution from Less EMF for less than $1,000. I even price checked them against other sources for the same materials, and they were either less or same cost. Thank you LESS EMF!

OBSERVATION: I see three poor reviews and many many good reviews. Why is this site only showing the bad reviews? I saw it pop up on Google and HAD to put in a good word. These guys literally saved my business!"

"This is the strangest company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I ordered approximately $2,000 from this company in the period of one month but they decided to “no longer do business with me”. Less EMF shipped me a Gigahertz Solutions gaussmeter with a Safe Living Technologies sticker on it so I asked them if they are both owned by the same person or company. Apparently they got upset because they didn’t respond to my email and the next order I placed for three shirts they didn’t ship and gave me no notice about the order. After sending 2 emails (because they usually don’t respond right away) they told me “Management has decided to no longer do business with you moving forward.” with no further explanation or shipment or refund.

I asked them “Why? Is it because I left you the positive review on the BBB website? Or because I asked you why you put your competitions sticker and website address on the products you sell?” They didn’t respond. So now I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge for an order they don’t want to ship.

I contacted Safe Living Technologies and they responded in less than 30 minutes that they are the North American distributors for Gigahertz Solutions and deal with all warranty issues so that is why their sticker is on the product. It's nice that Safe Living Technologies actually gives you a response, unlike Less EMF who bans a customer for asking the same question.

I was trying to replace the first two t-shirts Less EMF sent me because one shirt fell apart after 2 washes in their detergent and hang drying it. The second shirt they shipped me was the wrong size. Their shopping cart was adding the wrong shirt size each time, but after my second email they finally did respond to tell me their shopping cart was working fine because again they often don’t respond the first time. I’m still unclear how a shopping cart that adds the wrong product is working fine. When I mentioned the shirt falling apart they stated these are third party products and they are not responsible for what they sell.

I tried their socks but they made my feet so itchy I had to take them off after 6 hours and my feet kept itching for the next couple days. I scratched them so much I ended up with bloody cuts all over my feet.

I tried their Stetzer filters at my parents house and the next day my dad had a seizure (he hadn’t had a seizure for over 6 months) and my mom got sick. I asked them if this could be related and they stated the Stetzer filters give off their own emf frequencies different from dirty electricity and they aren’t doctors so they don’t know if this is connected.

When I asked them if their window tint works on cars they told me they aren’t allowed to give advice on tinting windows on a car. Since tinting car windows is perfectly legal and something every car manufacturer does that seemed odd they won’t give you help on doing something legal with their product.

When I tested all their fabric with the gaussmeter I purchased it appeared to not block any emf. When I contacted Less EMF they told me I had to buy a different meter to do the testing for the fabric, but I got 2 different responses from two different people recommending 2 different meters to do the testing and wasn’t really sure what to think about this any longer. Of course their website doesn’t explain how to use any of these products at all or barely provides an accurate description for most of their products.

I asked Less EMF who owned the company because the state of New York doesn’t publicly post this information and Less emf doesn’t have any information about their company owners, managers or employees on their website and they wouldn’t tell me other than to say that Dr Kinghardt doesn’t own them. I asked because they shipped me the gaussmeter with Safe Living Technologies sticker on it, Dr Klinghardt has pics of himself on Safe Living Technologies website, recommends both these companies and the Klinghardt Academy is close to Less EMF, so that seemed like a logical question. But they won’t reveal who is involved with the company or who is getting paid to endorse this stuff.

My biggest problem is their pictures are almost worthless, their product descriptions are usually wrong (like the measurements for their items are not what I measure them to be) and then they charge a 20% restocking fee if they send you the wrong item or it doesn’t match what they say it is. The problem is they don’t even tell you this before ordering, I only found this out after reading all the negative reviews for Less EMF online.

In the last week Less EMF removed the “reviews” function from their Facebook page because they received so many negative reviews.

I think this is an example of a company that solely exists because it has only one competitor. Whoever does own or manage this company seems rather incompetent, dishonest and doesn’t seem to care about delivering products that work or even accurately describing their products. "

"Purchased their monitor shield. Ended up paying 3 computer centers to fix my computer (monitor kept going out); their monitor shield fried my monitor. Also purchased tower shield; have had horrendous problems for a month; Wi-Fi kept going on/off, on/off. Took the tower shield off, and guess what; the Wi-Fi now works!!!

"Ordered from them for a large amount and asked for an email invoice and a tracking number to be emailed to me and an expedited delivery with a fixed date. 2 days later, nothing. "I needed to purchase a gaussmeter and an RF Power Meter and Emil was very helpful when I was trying to choose which ones. I needed them right away and they happily upgraded my shipping for a very reasonable price. Less EMF also promptly responded to an email I sent after receiving the items in which I asked some usage questions. Very happy and would shop at Less EMF again."

"Purchased magnetic shielding foil and tape. Shipment arrived 3 days after ordered, had to go all the way from New York to Texas. So great shipping. Everything was wrapped nicely, no probs. Would recommend if you have EMF problems.
