"The review I read about lightake.com, most likely about the shipment time which long enough until you will forget about the item I order. I just like other one, I encounter this problem too but it doesn't matter to me. As long as I received the item, I get my r4 after 1 month plus. Customer service I felt ok with it, they reply fast what I asked.

This was a common problem when we using free airmail, sometime we can't blame them because I experience from other China Wholesale seller too. The problem was the quality of China post, Hong Kong post slightly better.

I recommended those buyer purchase all the cheap item, you can just using airmail or register airmail. Those expensive item or large amount of order, better go for EMS. If EMS also goes wrong, then it mean something wrong with the wholesale seller.

Overall, any expensive electronic gadget don't get from them if you don't have the confident on them."

"WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I ordered a MP4 player (sku 21449) in the order Q1111219291 and first of all it took like forever to arrive. They have a very slow shipping service unlike other online stores that sells chinese products. Besides that the product was shipped in a different collor from the one I ordered. I ordered a silver MP4 Player and received a pink one. I didn't mind that be cause I bought it to my nephew anyways. The problem is that it also was defective, it was not working at all. I contacted them to have a replacement and they were all the time trying to make me give up on the replacement/refund. So, I just gave up and decided that the best to do would be never order from them again and let people know about their costumer services. I have a lot of experience on online shopping and there are many other online stores that sells the same stuff but have a way much better costumer service. The second order Q118210709 never arrived to me, it was placed in 01/01/2011 an still dind't arrive!"

"I ordered a small and cheap flashlight to replace one I had lost. It needed to be one to fit a 18650 batterie, for I still had a spare batterie and charger, but no use for them.

I ordered a Small Sun ZY-84 with a 2-pack of Ultrafire 18650 batteries (3600 mAh)in a box and some other things( a led-watch, butane lighter. Everything arrived within three weeks after ordering in a large bubble plastic envelop.

AMAZING: flashlight was a very big and pleasant surprise. Due to it´s zoom-function the beam has a range of at least 200 meters. Even at that range it is a very bright beam. This flashlight is absolutely worth its money ($ 9,40).

I certainly will be back for more.

"I order from various overseas based websites and lightake.com is the first to have basically stole my money. Here is why I recommend not to order from them:

1. My order was placed December 4, 2010 and it's now Feb 13, 2011. No receipt of paid order yet.
2. Customer service does not speak fluent English and replies with "please wait longer.." to all questions about my order.
3. Tracking number they gave me shows status as package never left the Hong Kong Post.

Update: Paypal dispute was put in on 46th day and was automatically closed as their policy is 45 days. =(

Final UPDATE: It is February 17th, 2011 and I just received my package today. Wow, this was super slow shipping but at least I finally got it after much stress. "

"Avoid ordering from LighTake!

Their refund policy is only posted for show! We received 6 faulty iphone battery chargers upon delivery and after contacting them, sending over for replacements. We wasted both postage costs and 7-8 months of time liasings with their useless customer service and they simply cannot be bothered to reply us after we requested for a full refund. Even their facebook admin can say there is nothing he can do to help!

Being a first time customer of LighTake, this is so frustrating and great disappointment!

"I placed an order Nov. 23, and it still has not left China as of Jan. 27. Support has been stringing me along the entire time, blaming first Christmas then the Chinese New Year holiday.
