"Order #634672. Ordered the largest size of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue on November 30 during a cyber monday sale. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my order. After 15 days of waiting it arrived damages (perfume wrap was open and it looked like perfume was slightly used, had fingermarks all over the top), I said things happen, contacted customer service and received a return label, shipped the item and within 3 days return was on their hands. I have e-mailed, called (with no success, called 3 times and I gave up after 40 min hold time), just to get an answer yes your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. LJ shipped a replacement after almost 2 weeks, I sent several emails, all I got was the same lie as an answer (24 hours), now my item is expected to arrive on December 26 (great), almost a month after I ordered the item. It's been the most frustrating and worst online shopping experience in my life, I've shopped online for 5 years now with no issues until this. Just do your self a favor and shop somewhere else. "

There wasn't as I used a coupon that was advertised on the site and immediately available. It also came with free 4-10 business day shipping and I received my cologne within a little over week from the order (ordered Friday and received 2 Saturdays later). "I received my order from FedEx, which was left at my front door, as there was no one home. The order was six (6) bottles of B-Exquisite After Shave. However, I immediately observed the shipping box was very wet on the outside, but appeared otherwise undamaged. Upon opening the box, I found all six of the packages intact and unopened, but also wet. I opened each individual box/package and found the “bottle caps” of four (4) of the six (6) bottles were completely off of the bottles. Three (3) bottles were completely empty and one was partially empty. I contacted LJShopping and they sent out four replacement bottles, via USPS, Priority Mail. I received them on 7/29/15 intact! "

"This is the first time I've used ljshopping.net. I did a thorough search online for a perfume I was hoping to buy and, using a discount offered, ljshopping.net had the lowest price. The product came very well packaged, no breakage. It was in the original box with the sealed cellophane wrapper still intact. My only issue would be with the extremely long time they take to get the product to the customer. They did say up front how long it would take but my experience is that it nevere takes as long as they say. In this case it did. I would definitely buy again from ljshopping.net, just not if I'm in a rush for the purchase to arrive at my door."
