"I am surprised to see these negative reviews on this site as I have only had the best experience with LMPerformance. When I spoke to a rep on the phone about my order, they updated me quickly while I was on the phone and explained the reason for all the delays, which is the pandemic, as well as staff and supply shortages that cause backorders. Of course waiting is not ideal and disappointing for me but it helps that they communicate well. They said that they are low on staff to answer phones and the person I talked to gave me their direct extension and said email is usually the fastest way to reach them (for anyone else having trouble contacting them.) I have not received my part yet but I have received tracking and am looking forward to receiving it. "

"I would leave a negative star rating if possible. This business has no customer service or care for anything. All employees i have spoke with 3+ are all rude, dismissive, sarcastic, and uncaring. I do not know how this company is in business. All i did was call to get an update and was rudely treated. They refuse to let you speak with a manager and transfer to who knows who. Alex (107) is a disgusting employee and he states he is the manager. He told me to hurry up o have other calls to take and hung up on me. Check your call logs and report. My number is ***-***-**** and i called on 8/28 at 12 noon est. He transfered me to Regina who is supposedly a manager and did not care to address the employee complain. She even stated we are all like this and rude. I dont know if the CEO cares but hopefully this will reach him. All i wanted is to get an update from my order from oct 2020 which I'm still waiting on. "I ordered an air filter for my Ford Explorer and they sent me an oiled one rather than a dry filter. The older clearly showed the dry filter. However, they charged me to return the filter. So, I paid shipping to get it there and shipping to get it back for a refund. They refused to credit me any of the shipping costs. I will never use them again. There are lots of place out there that do not charge shipping and I will use them. Avoid this place."
"My girl bought me a clutch for my car for a b-day gift. First things first, the order was held for almost a week due to shipping and billing addresses were different, which they could've called to verify or let us know to get the ball moving, instead of just sitting there on it. It gets even better! the clutch setup that they advertise on their site showed a non-modular setup, and described a non-modular clutch. Needless to say, they sent me a modular setup. When trying to call them, it took me 8 attempts to finally get a human to answer without having to leave a voicemail or just getting hung up on while waiting. When i finally was helped, they stated that they couldn't exchange it because we ordered what we ordered even though their website was deceptive. So we had to pay for return shipping for even more money, wait for them to refund it and then still order up the correct part. Guess they really don't care too much for their customers concerns after stuffs already paid for. Thanks alot... Not. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. "
