"I owned Local 03 service for the last few years. When I wanted to disconnect my account, I went through hell. There is no way to disconnect service in their site. If you leave message, they ignore it. When you call, the operator is not allow to cancel it, and they will tell you that they will contact you soon, which they will never do. I had this for 3 rounds. I filled complain against them, cancel my credit card, and consider to put a lawsuit. This is scam company. Stay away."

I have emailed them to stop my service, after 5month they kept charging my account, when called their customer service they have told me that I head to call them in order to stop it... WHAT.... EMAIL IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH???

"I have been a member for almost two years with a membership fee that was rising constantly. It is August 2017. I have been trying to stop the service since June 2017, called several times and was promised for stopping the service and refunding in every phone call that I had. Never happened. I also sent several notes through my account (through contact us) asking to stop the service and until this moment nothing had changed and they are still charging my account. They are willing to spend hours discussing the service to attract you but once you want to stop the service they are totally unresponsive, giving promises without actions. I warn anyone about this consequence! consider this drawback before joining. "
