Lockers.com uses 3rd party shippers so the communication for delivery isn't great and not enough notice. The shipper also will not install for you, so if you can't yourself you need to hire someone."

"Our flatpack locker kit arrived in good shape and was easy to assemble, wish there had been an instruction sheet in the box, but going online to print one was a minor inconvenience.
Biggest gripe is the kit was missing half of the nuts for the corresponding bolts, so I ended up heading to the hardware store for about 40 extra 10-24 nuts instead of waiting for replacements.
Overall, love the lockers, but there needs to be a better quality check before the kit goes out the door. "
